KYK CANFEDA HATUN STUDENT DORMITORY
Girls' dormitory that was built by Ramses Elektrik Metal İnşaat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. is in Kocaeli Province İzmit District Çayırköy - Altıncıoğlu Locality on an area of 2500 m2 and has a total construction area of 10080 m2. The dormitory with a capacity of 500 students was opened in 2015.
It is a private dormitory project that provides Kocaeli's first 5 Star Hotel service, designed to create a living space with high standards for young people who step into university life.
Our project has a total of 6 floors, 180 rooms and 500 beds, including a basement + ground floor + 5 floors + a roof floor.
The Information, Recreation, Food & Beverage areas on the Ground Floor with a height of 6 meters H max have been designed as a lobby view and comfort of an hotel and are offered to the service of our students.
Created on the Ground Floor with a height of 6 meters H max; Information, Recreation, Food & Beverage areas are designed as the look and comfort of the hotel lobby which is offered to our students. Designed as Kocaeli's first 5 Star Girls' Dormitory, the complex is located 2 km from the center of the Yahya Kaptan center and 8 km from Kocaeli University. Our students are 20 steps distant to all shopping and transfer areas.
